Introducing CHOKLITS+

In addition to the standard early learning curriculum, Choklits does things big—really big! These extraordinary programs are uniquely Choklits, and they’re completely free for every child who attends because we believe every child should be included and the common practice of excluding some children because their families don’t pay extra fees is wrong.

No Hidden Fees. No Extras. Just Exceptional Experiences.

While other centres charge extra for these programs, at Choklits they’re all included in your daily fee. We believe every child deserves access to extraordinary experiences that nurture their potential—without putting pressure on family budgets.

I would like to thank all the staffs of this Choklits Surrey Hill, especially the Director Qing and Manager Dee, for their support during this tough time for my child and I. I just moved to Box Hill, and I have had multiple tours around all the childcare in Box Hill. But there was not any make me feel satisfied with. As a result, I finally came across Choklits on a strong recommendation from a friend who has worked in the education industry for more than ten years. The environment inside is the cleanest childcare I have ever visited. And the teachers and children in this childcare are very kind. And the apps used for communication between families and educators is also very convenient for parents to know their children’s daily situation at any time. Teachers and the diretor will also communicate with each parent in a timely and patient manner. And they were very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about my child in a short time. So my child adapted to this new environment with their help in few days. Also, the distribution ratio between children and teachers is appropriate. Almost every child receives timely care and attention. Especially children with allergies are also highly concerned and cared by Choklits. The Choklits’s food is very good and the facilities here are also very good. Parents are strongly recommended to send their children to this childcare. This is undoubtedly a great support for parents.

No. Choklits+ is included in your daily fee. There is $0 extra to pay for the Choklits+ programs and services listed on this page.

We believe every child should be able to take part in rich learning experiences, not only children whose families can pay extra. That is why we use an all-inclusive fee model. It keeps things simple for families and fair for children.

Choklits+ gives families strong value because many of the programs included at Choklits may cost extra at other childcare centres. This can include special activities, incursions, health and wellbeing support, movement programs, music, cooking, excursions, meals and everyday supplies.

At Choklits, these extras are not treated as add-ons. They are part of what we do. Your child gets more chances to learn, move, explore, create and grow, while you get one clear daily fee with no hidden Choklits+ costs. Even excursions are completely free.

Choklits+ includes a wide range of programs across five main categories- Health & Wellbeing, Physical Development, Creative & Cognitive Development, Educational Enrichment, and Daily Essentials. Children may take part in in-house allied health visits, visits from Dr Rob, yoga with Tanaya, CHOKLITS Activate with Emily, judo with Zac, sports, music and movement, messy play with Asten, weekly cooking, Bush Kinder, language classes and library excursions.

Yes. Choklits includes fresh daily meals prepared onsite by our chefs and many everyday supplies as part of our all-inclusive fee model. Children receive breakfast, morning tea, a hot cooked lunch and afternoon tea, and families also benefit from included essentials such as nappies, sunscreen and consumables.

This saves families time, reduces packing, and helps make each day easier. It also means your child is ready to enjoy their day without families having to manage lots of extra items or pay added costs.

Choklits+ supports the whole child. Your child is not learning in only one way. They are moving, talking, singing, cooking, climbing, reading, exploring, creating, resting, listening and building confidence.

These programs help children build strong bodies, calm minds, early language, social skills, curiosity, problem-solving skills and independence. They also give children more chances to find what they love.

We include Choklits+ because we believe every child deserves access to rich early learning experiences. We do not want children to miss out because an activity has an extra charge.
When all children can join in, the whole group learns together. Children feel included, families feel supported, and educators can plan deeper learning across the week.

Yes. Choklits+ is designed for every child who attends Choklits. Because these programs are included in the daily fee, children can join in without families needing to opt in, pay extra, or worry about missing out.

Our educators support children to take part in ways that suit their age, needs and confidence. Some children may jump straight in, while others may watch first and join when they feel ready.

Choklits+ is more than a one-off activity. It is a planned part of the Choklits experience. The programs are designed to add real value to your child’s week and support learning across many areas.

Your child might enjoy yoga for calm bodies, judo for confidence, music for language, messy play for creativity, cooking for life skills, Bush Kinder for nature learning, and library visits for early literacy. These experiences work together to give children a richer start.

Choklits+ makes childcare simpler because so much is already included. You do not need to keep paying extra for every program, activity or supply. You also do not need to worry that your child will miss out on a special experience because of an extra fee.

With our all-inclusive fee model, families get clear value and children get more each day. It is one more way Choklits supports busy families.

Choklits+ is part of the Choklits experience across our centres. Programs and schedules may vary by centre, room, age group, season and availability, but the goal stays the same: to give children rich, meaningful experiences every single day.

If you would like to know what is happening at your local Choklits centre, book a tour and our team will talk you through the current Choklits+ program.

The best way to understand the value of Choklits+ is to visit a Choklits centre. On a tour, you can see our learning spaces, meet our educators and ask how the included programs work for your child’s age and room.

We would love to show you how Choklits+ gives children more, with no hidden fees, so no child is ever left out.
