Choklits Podcast

Just like all children who attend Choklits, we’re always learning ourselves! Recently, we played around with an AI tool to produce this podcast about choosing child care and Choklits.

If you’re the type of person who likes to know all the details but doesn’t have hours to go through our entire website (it’s huge!) this will be perfect. We apologise for the accents (we’re still learning and not sure how to change them yet) but here you go, enjoy!

The Choklits Menu

We believe nutrition is a key component of holistic growth and development which is why we’ve gone to extensive lengths to have our menu approved by Nutrition Australia. This certification gives parents and carers piece of mind knowing that all children who come to Choklits are assured the food they eat will be healthy, nutritious and exactly what they need.

In addition this certification, we also have a no added sugar and are working towards a no packet policy too. All meals are made onsite by our qualified chef’s and in 2023 our Surrey Hills location won The Food Premises of the Year Award!

Children's Books

When you come to visit us at Choklits be sure to ask us about Junie, Ned, Merinda and Chan Ming, the Chokliteers! For each of the past 5 years our team has written and published a Children’s book based on the Chokliteers Adventures. They’ve been to space, overcome the challenges of maintaining a vegetable garden and even been to visit Chesterfield Farm (who now sell our books!).

You’ll find more about the books at choklits.com.au/chokliteers, we may even be able to arrange a copy for you when you come to visit us.

We’re a busy bunch at Choklits! From incursions and excursions to special projects and all our exciting service happenings there’s always lot’s to keep up with!

Each week, our service Directors post an update from the week on our blog. If you’d like to know exactly whats happening at the moment, head to our blog, choose the service you’d like to know about and read away!

Choklits Tours and Next Steps

We’re always showing families around Choklits as many parents like to visit early learning services as part of their decision making process. You can book a Choklits Tour here.

Places at Choklits are limited so we only offer them to families who have registered, a general enquiry or booking a service tour doesn’t secure your place. The number of families who’ve registered varies from time to time. We offer places to families according to the date they registered which can be done up to two years in advance, or up to three years by special request.

The fee to register is $58 per child (non-refundable) so please head to our Registration Form here if you wish to secure your place ASAP.
