Choklits Team Refund Request
Thanks for purchasing items for Choklits, please use the button below for your refund.
To submit a refund you will need to –
- login with your @choklits.com.au email address (forms cannot be submitted from outside Choklits organisation)
- upload your purchased item receipt (up to 3 at once)
- select reason for your purchase, and
- enter the bank account you would like your refund paid into
Please double check your bank account details are entered correctly as funds cannot be recovered after they have been paid.
